(1)次压:使用钢轮压路机慢压1遍~2遍,碾压速度应当保持在在2.1km/h~4.1km/h。碾压过程中应把压路机的驱动轮面向摊铺机,由外到内开始碾压,在超高路段则从低到高碾压,在坡道上应当把驱动轮由低处向高处开始碾压。
(1) First compaction: Use a steel wheel roller to slowly compact once to twice, and the compaction speed should be maintained at 2.1km/h to 4.1km/h. During the rolling process, the driving wheel of the roller shall face the paver, and the rolling shall start from the outside to the inside. (2)第二次压:应当紧紧跟在初压后开始,而且不能够随意停顿。碾压速度应当控制在3.1km/h~5.1km/h。使用双钢轮压路机碾压1遍,然后再振压2遍,挨着的碾压带重叠后轮的一半宽度,而且不应当小于200mm。
(2) Second pressure: It should start closely after the initial pressure and should not stop at will. The rolling speed should be controlled between 3.1km/h and 5.1km/h. Use a double steel wheel roller to compact once, and then vibrate twice. The adjacent compaction strip should overlap half the width of the rear wheel and should not be less than 200mm.
(3)终压:紧接在复压之后就要开始,倘使经复压后已无很突出轮迹时可不用终压。终压可使用双钢轮压路机碾压应当多于2遍,直到无突出轮迹为止。碾压温度应和碾压速度都应控制得当。
(3) Final pressing: It should start immediately after re pressing. If there are no prominent wheel marks after re pressing, final pressing may not be necessary. The final compaction can be carried out more than 2 times using a double steel wheel roller until there are no protruding wheel marks. The rolling temperature and speed should be properly controlled.
此外接缝处理直接影响着公路工程的外观和舒适性,所以需要做好此项工作,接缝处理主要包括横向接缝和纵向接缝,横向接缝采用3m的靠尺检测公路的平整度,然后通过人工的方法处理质量问题,后涂刷沥青,下一次进行接缝处理前,应该在已铺层5~10mm左右的地方进行重叠,并且涂抹混合料。
