1、液压油过热
1. Hydraulic oil overheating
摊铺机液压系统的油温过高会使油液黏度降低，泄漏量增加，所润滑部位的油膜破坏，使部件的磨损加剧；同时，高温还会使橡胶等材料制成的密封垫过早老化而损坏。因此，控制适宜的油温非常重要。当油温过高时，必须停机检查，一般可从以下几个方面着手：
If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the paver is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, and the oil film in the lubricated parts will be damaged, leading to increased wear of the components; At the same time, high temperatures can also cause premature aging and damage to sealing gaskets made of rubber and other materials. Therefore, controlling the appropriate oil temperature is very important. When the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, which can generally be started from the following aspects:
（1）检查油箱液面是否过低。经验表明，油温高往往是因为油箱缺油所致，故缺油时应及时补充。

（2）液压油滤芯及回路是否堵塞。

（3）散热器是否正常。散热器如黏附了大量的灰尘，可导致散热不良，使油温升高。由于摊铺机工作环境灰尘较多，因此对散热器应及时清理．
