水泥稳定级配碎石基层的施工

水泥稳定碎石混合料组成设计:采用水泥、粉煤灰、稳定碎石、砂、石屑等筑路材料作为水泥稳定碎石基层。,实验室通过经过一定数量的原材料试验,进行配合比设计、击实实验,确定比较大干密度和比较好含水量。然后以此配比制成试件,试件在规定温度条件下保湿养护6天,浸水1天后,进行无侧限抗压强度实验。如水泥4%、粉煤灰10%、级配碎石86%的重型击实试验告。粗集料(1)碎石采用反击式、冲击破或圆锥式破碎机生产,二次破碎禁止采用鳄式破碎机生产,生产线必须安装除尘设备进行除尘。碎石加工厂振动筛网规格:6mm、11mm、22mm、41mm。(2)碎石技术指标要求,密度大于2.6t/m3,压碎值(%)小于25%。水泥稳定碎石可以作为路面的基层。

混合料的拌和(1)拌和机械的选择:必须选用有电子计量的拌和设备,来保证混合料的级配精度。一般采用产量大于400t/h的拌和机,以保证实际产量能满足摊铺能力,避免“等料”现象,缩短延迟时间。

(3)水泥、集料拌和得愈均匀,水稳碎石的强度和稳定性愈高。拌和不均匀会使水泥剂量少的地方强度不足,而水泥剂量多的地方则裂缝增加。因此,在拌和过程中必须专设工程技术人员对拌和全过程进行检查、巡视和旁站,确保混合料的含水量、水泥剂量、级配等能满足要求,以及观察混合料的颜色及水泥、石料的下料情况,保证拌和的顺利和成功。
