沥青砼路面的改色施工工艺

新铺筑的沥青路面未经过车辆轮胎的弹性揉搓,沥青混合料中的沥青不能充分的泛油,路面空隙较大。改色剂喷涂施工时会渗透到空隙与游离的沥青产生少许反应。所以用沥青改色保护剂给新旧沥青路改色时需要了解施工注意事项再施工。

1、新铺筑的济南沥青砼沥青面层尽量是开放交通1周后再进行改色施工。如果工期紧张,必须在新铺筑路面的后2天。

3、如喷涂过程中出现路面发黄的情况,需调高喷枪嘴与路面距离或喷涂机压力调整为6MPa,并且喷涂时喷嘴与路面成45度夹角(此方法旨在减轻改色剂对沥青路面颗粒的渗透度,避免改色剂完全包裹碎石颗粒,导致颗粒表面无包裹油膜而脱落)。
3. If the road surface turns yellow during spraying, it is necessary to increase the distance between the spray gun nozzle and the road surface or adjust the pressure of the spraying machine to 6Mpa, and the nozzle forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the road surface during spraying (this method aims to reduce the permeability of the color modifier to the asphalt pavement particles and avoid the color modifier completely wrapping the gravel particles, resulting in the particles falling off without wrapping the oil film on the surface).
沥青砼路面比普通路面多了些优势:

1、厚度较薄:厚度非常的薄,因此不会影响隧道等路面的通行净高度,并且重量也比较轻,不会增加桥梁、路面基础的负担。
